If you are not completely happy with your purchase (which we doubt will ever happen) you can return it to us by post within 14 days from the date of purchase. You will need to pay the return postage fee. Once the item is received back at the Redrakoon HQ we'll check it's re-sellable and then refund you the cost of the item only. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. Please note, we can only accept returns on faulty products or if the product has not been opened or used. Please report any issues with the product within 3 working days from receipt of delivery.

If you place your order before 3pm we will aim to dispatch your order the same day. For larger orders dispatch will be within 24 hours from time of purchase. We will always aim to deliver your order within 1-2 working days, however all products are subject to availability. Delivery from our courier service (Royal Mail & Parcel Force)- will usually require a signature.
