Nice List Overrated card

If you are not completely happy with your purchase (which we doubt will ever happen) you can return it to us by post within 14 days from the date of purchase. We also accept carrier pigeon for those who have one. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. You will need to pay the return postage fee. Once the item is received back at the Redrakoon HQ we'll check it's re-sellable and then refund you the cost of the item only. Please note, we can only accept returns on faulty merchandise or if the product has not been opened or used.

If you place your order before 3pm we will dispatch your order the same day. For larger orders dispatch will be within 24 hours from time of purchase. We will always aim to deliver your order within 1-2 workings days, however all products are subject to availability. Delivery from our courier service (Royal Mail & ParcelForce)- will usually require a signature.
