Delivery & Returns

 

General Public  

Delivery

We always try to dispatch all orders the same day if they are placed before 3pm, however all products are subject to availability. The majority of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Very occasionally it may take us a little longer however if that was the case we will be in touch to let you know straight away. Once your order has been dispatched from us - you should receive it within 1-2 business days via our courier service - who will usually require a signature.

 

For international orders delivery can take between 5-7 business days.

 

Missed Delivery

We dispatch all orders via either Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the size. Both our delivery carriers will leave you a ‘failed delivery’ card if no one is home at the time of delivery and they are unable to leave it with a neighbour as all deliveries require a signature.  If our courier is unable to deliver your order on the first attempt they will attempt a second delivery the next working day. If you’re still having trouble receiving your order; you can always contact the courier to re-arrange a delivery for a different time or place or alternatively you can pop down to your nearest depot to collect your order within 5 days from the first delivery attempt. Remember, to take along some ID if collecting from nearest depot.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase (which we doubt will ever happen) you can return it to us by post within 14 days from the date of purchase. We also accept carrier pigeon for those who have one. You will be credited with the value of your returned product to your original method of payment. You will need to pay the return postage fee. Once the item is received back at the Redrakoon HQ we'll check it's re-sellable and then refund you the cost of the item only. Please note, we can only accept returns on faulty merchandise or if the product has not been opened or used.

Delivery

We always try to dispatch all orders the same day if they are placed before 11am, however all products are subject to availability. The majority of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Very occasionally it may take us a little longer however if that was the case we will be in touch to let you know straight away. Once your order has been dispatched from us - you will receive your order within 1-2 business days via our courier service - which will usually require a signature.

For international orders delivery can take between 5-7 business days.

We offer free delivery on all UK orders of £100 or more. International orders will be quoted individually for carriage costs. If your order is under £100 - delivery is charged at only £5.99.

If you have placed your order via the Trade area of our website and have recorded your email address you will receive a dispatched confirmation email once we have dispatched your order.  Your email will advise that your order has been dispatched from us and when it will be delivered.  If you wish to track your order you will be able to do so by going to the Parcel Force website at (https://www.parcelforce.com/track-trace) and entering your consignment number that will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

If your order was placed via a Redrakoon agent who has provided us with your email address you will also receive a dispatch confirmation email.

Returns

We all change our minds from time to time, no need to worry. Simply drop us an email, connect with us via live chat or give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to stop your order from being dispatched. Sometimes this isn't possible, depending on when you contact us. However please don’t hate us if that's the case. We are happy to exchange or refund an order if you are not happy with it (which we doubt will ever happen) as long as it is in the same condition it was sent within 14 days of purchase. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any postage and make sure that the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received.
