Do I need a trade account to place an order?
No. You don't have to have a trade account to place an order with us, however if you choose to register for a trade account, you will have the additional advantages as a registered trade customer of simple and easy ordering, only ever need to fill in your business info once, you will be kept up to date about your order, receive discounts on future orders and much more. As a registered trade customer you will also have the benefit of paying for orders on a 30-day invoice cycle giving you over 4 weeks before you need to pay a penny. All first orders are taken on a pro forma basis and then once your trade account is up and running you can place orders and pay later. If you would like to set up a trade account let us know and we’ll get straight onto it for you.
How much do Redrakoon cards cost per unit to Trade customers?
As a trade customer you will be able to purchase our officially awesome cards for £0.96 per unit, which retail at RRP £2.30 per card. The vast majority of Redrakoon stockists retail the product at RRP at £2.30, however some sell them at £1.95 up to £3.25, however we’ll leave this up to you
How do I place an order?
Placing an order couldn’t be easier. To place and order, simply complete an order form or write down the cards you want and send it to us via email to email@example.com or give us a call to place an order over the phone. All you need to tell us is which cards you want and the quantity of each design. We are proud to offer mix 'n' match on any order of 100 cards or more. For example, you can order any number of cards made up of as many different designs as you like! Every Redrakoon design is individually coded for your convenience to make things just that little bit easier. You will find the codes you need (E.g. RRC001) in our trade catalogue or on our website below the design image. Alternatively, you can always order over the phone - just give us a call on 01661 830 949 between 09:30am-17:00pm, Monday - Friday.
What size are the Redrakoon greeting cards?
All our cards are measured at 150mm x 150mm squared and are printed on high-quality 300gsm card and come with a 100gsm brown kraft envelope. Each card and envelope is individually packaged in a clear cello bag, giving a highly professional finish and added protection to the card.
How and when do I pay for my order?
Payment can be made via Instant Electronic Payment, BACs or cheque or via telephone. Payment details will be shown on your invoice summary. Payments are accepted in pound sterling only. All first orders are taken on a pro forma basis and then followed by 30-day invoicing cycle for all subsequent orders giving you over four weeks before you need to pay a penny.
Do Redrakoon cards have anything written inside them?
No. All our cards are left blank inside for the customer’s own message. A 2018 study, showed that a large percentage of people when asked were put off from purchasing a greeting card they liked due to the poem or message that had been written inside. This is why the vast majority of publishers leave their cards blank inside. (Plus, we are not very good at poetry; Roses are red, Violets are blue, bla bla bla bla, cornflake. (…see what we mean!).
Do Redrakoon cards have barcodes on them?
Yes, they certainly do. All our greeting cards are individually barcoded for your convenience. We are also able to label all our designs with alpha or numerical codes e.g. 70 or JJ if required. If you do require additional codes on your order just get touch and let us know.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We always try to dispatch all orders the same day if they are placed before 11am, however all products are subject to availability. The majority of our orders are dispatched within 24 hours. Very occasionally it may take us a little longer however if that was the case we will be in touch to let you know straight away. Once your order has been dispatched from us - you will receive your order within 1-2 business days via our courier service - which will usually require a signature. For international orders delivery can take between 5-7 business days.
Is there a charge for delivery?
We offer free delivery on all UK orders of £100 or more. International orders will be quoted individually for carriage costs. If your order is under £100 - delivery is charged at only £5.99.
What if I want to return or cancel my order?
We all change our minds from time to time, no need to worry. Simply drop us an email, connect with us via live chat or give us a call and we’ll do everything we can to stop your order from being dispatched. Sometimes this isn't possible, depending on when you contact us. However please don’t hate us if that's the case. We are happy to exchange or refund an order if you are not happy with it (which we doubt will ever happen) as long as it is in the same condition it was sent within 14 days of purchase. Please note that it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for any postage and make sure that the product is returned to us in the same condition it was received.
Do you have an agent in my area?
At Redrakoon, we have agents spread across the country, from top to bottom. If you would like for one of wonderful agents to visit you in your business premises at a convenient time that works best for you, then get in touch and we can arrange for an agent to visit you. On their visit they can show you our awesome cards first hand and take your order.
